Auryve Terms & Conditions of Use
Welcome to Auryve. These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rules and guidelines for using auryve.com (the "Store" or "Site") and any purchases made through our platform. By accessing our Site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these provisions.
1. Platform Conduct & Usage
You agree to use this Site strictly for lawful purposes, respecting the rights, safety, and privacy of others. You are prohibited from using the platform to transmit, distribute, or facilitate any fraudulent, malicious, or unauthorized material.
2. Products & Accuracy of Listings
We make every effort to accurately present the details, imagery, and specifications of our collections. However, we cannot guarantee that every product description, photograph, or listed price is entirely free of errors. Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies without notice and to decline or cancel orders placed under incorrect pricing.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in USD and may be adjusted at our discretion without prior notice.
Full payment must be authorized and received before any items are dispatched.
We process transactions securely across all major credit and debit networks, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
4. Memberships & Subscriptions
By enrolling in an Auryve Rewards™ membership or any other subscription service, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis, at the price and billing schedule disclosed to you at checkout, until you cancel.
Before you are charged, we disclose the recurring price, the billing frequency, the renewal date, and how to cancel, and we obtain your express consent to the recurring charge. You may cancel at any time directly from your account dashboard, through the same channel you used to sign up and without needing to contact us. You may also cancel by emailing info@auryve.com before your next billing date.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid cycle. Your benefits remain active until that date and no further charges are made. We operate in compliance with FTC requirements for negative option and automatic renewal offers.
All content on this Site — including our text, photography, logos, and site design — is the property of Auryve and Romana Holdings LLC. Reproduction, duplication, distribution, or commercial use without explicit written consent is prohibited.
6. Sizing, Care & Materials Disclaimer
Auryve garments are made for everyday wear. Fit and feel may vary between individuals and between styles; please refer to the size guide on each product page.
Individual sensitivities to fabrics, dyes, or finishes may vary. If you have known textile or dye allergies, review the material composition before purchase and consult a qualified medical professional if you have concerns.
Auryve accepts no liability for damage or adverse reactions resulting from misuse, individual sensitivities, or failure to follow the stated garment care instructions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auryve, Romana Holdings LLC, and its directors, officers, and affiliates shall bear no liability for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of funds, data, or goodwill.
8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
