1. Membership Billing
The Auryve Rewards Membership is a monthly recurring membership billed at $29.99 USD every 30 days. Your first payment is charged at checkout, at the time you purchase the membership. You will be charged $29.99 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel.
Bank-approved recurring billing disclosure: By placing your monthly recurring order for the Lucia James Rewards Membership, you will be charged $29.99 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to each transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
2. Your Exclusive Member Perks
While your membership remains active and in good standing, you unlock:

- VIP Priority Support: Members move to the front of the line for all customer service inquiries.

4. Automatic Renewal and Authorization
Your membership renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel. By purchasing the membership, you authorize Romana Holdings LLC to charge the payment method used at checkout $29.99 USD every 30 days until cancellation.
5. Electronic Notification and Receipts
You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to each recurring charge, and a receipt after each successful charge. It is your responsibility to keep the email address on your account accurate and able to receive these notifications.
6. How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, using any of these options:
- Log into your Account dashboard at auryve.com/account and manage your subscription settings.
- Visit the Cancel Membership page at auryve.com/pages/cancel-membership.
- Email us at info@auryve.com with the subject line "Cancel Membership - [Your Order Email]".
No phone call is required to cancel. In line with FTC click-to-cancel rules, cancellations are processed promptly with no retention steps and no waiting period. To avoid a future charge, please submit your cancellation before your next scheduled billing date.
7. Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel, your benefits remain fully active until the last day of your current paid billing period. Once that cycle ends, your benefits stop and no further charges are made.
8. Membership Refunds
Membership charges are eligible for a refund request within 14 days of the billing date for that billing cycle. To request a refund, contact info@auryve.com within 14 days of the charge and include your name, order email, and order number if available. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, when approved, are issued to the original payment method.
9. Pricing or Benefit Changes
We may update the membership price, included benefits, or terms from time to time. If we make a material change to the recurring price or key terms, we will notify active members by email before the change takes effect where required by applicable law. You may cancel if you do not agree to the updated terms.
10. Checkout Authorization
By finalizing your checkout, you authorize Auryve to charge your chosen payment method $29.99 USD every 30 days according to the terms above. This authorization remains active until you cancel. Completing your purchase confirms your full acceptance of this policy.
