Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must include all parts, components, accessories and original packaging, exactly as it was received.
- Only normal signs of use are permitted. Items damaged due to misuse, negligence or improper handling will not be accepted.
- Products subject to hygiene requirements must be cleaned prior to return.
- Any defects or damage must be reported immediately upon delivery.
- We reserve the right to charge shipping or handling fees where applicable.
Returns are processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this timeframe.
πΈ We reserve the right to refuse a return if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the item has been used, damaged or improperly handled in a manner unrelated to Auryve.
How to Return an Order
If your order meets the above conditions, please proceed as follows:

Please include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (mandatory in case of damage)
- Full name
- Customer address
Once we receive your email, we will provide you with the exact return address.
β οΈ DO NOT send the parcel back to the sender's address. The correct return address will only be provided once your request has been approved. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)
Consumers (individuals purchasing for non-commercial purposes) have the right to withdraw from an order under the following conditions:
A. Withdrawal Conditions
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.
As we use a fully automated order processing system, orders are processed immediately upon confirmation. For this reason, it is not possible to cancel or stop an order once it has been dispatched.
A refund is only possible once the item has been returned.

Withdrawal is only considered complete upon receipt of the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Subscription Terms
Some Auryve products are available on a subscription ("Subscribe & Save") basis. By choosing a subscription plan you agree to the following, which are clearly disclosed at checkout before you complete your purchase:
- Minimum commitment: Subscription plans include an initial minimum commitment of one (1) billing cycle. This means your first scheduled refill will be processed before the subscription can be ended, unless you cancel within any applicable cooling-off period required by law.
- Recurring billing: Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled.
- How to cancel: You can manage, skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account, or by emailing info@auryve.com. Cancellations take effect for billing cycles that have not yet been processed.
- Reminders: Where required by law, we will send a renewal reminder before each charge.
NOTE TO FILIPE (remove before publishing): This clause is written so the minimum commitment is DISCLOSED UP FRONT at checkout, which is the only legally defensible way to do it. You still cannot block a customer from cancelling future cycles, and you must honour any statutory cooling-off period (14 days UK/EU; FTC click-to-cancel US). Forcing a charge with no easy cancel = chargebacks + payment processor shutdown. Confirm your subscription app (Recharge/Skio/Loop) is set up to disclose this at checkout, or this clause is unenforceable.
Orders in Transit
If your order has already been dispatched or is in transit, withdrawal at this stage is not possible. In such cases, please wait for the parcel to be delivered and then return it in accordance with the instructions above.
To speed up the process, you may send us proof of postage once the return parcel has been dispatched.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from a purchase in accordance with this policy, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs and any additional charges (if you selected a non-standard delivery method).
The refund will be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive both your withdrawal notice and the returned item.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
Return Address
Returns must be sent to the return address provided to you by email after your request is approved, at the customer's expense.
