After placing an order, we require 1–3 working days to process it. During working days, orders are typically processed within 1 working day. If you place an order on a Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday, processing may take slightly longer and will begin on the next working day. Once your order has been processed, the parcel will be handed over to our logistics partners.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes approximately: 8–12 working days (on average).
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services and external factors (e.g. customs clearance, seasonal demand, etc.).
How to Place an Order
We aim to make the ordering process as simple and smooth as possible:
- Go to the product page you like and add it to your basket.
- Make sure you have selected the correct size or variant.
- Click "Checkout" to proceed.
- On the Information / Shipping page, enter your correct delivery address and contact details.
- Check that all details are correct and proceed to the Shipping and Payment steps.
- Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
